We offer free shipping on all orders of £90 or more. This benefit applies to United Kingdom orders.
Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time

Important: Soulo Farabia cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country. Customs authorities solely determine when to release your package, and we have no control over this process.
Shipping Status:
Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.
Order Changes:
Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. You cannot exchange custom or pre-ordered pieces for other designs.
Item Not Received:
If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at soulofarabia@gmail.com
Change of Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at soulofarabia@gmail.com or call us at +44 7939 668593 within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that we cannot change the shipping address once your order is in transit.
Incorrect address
If we return your order because you provided an incorrect address at checkout, you will bear the additional shipping costs.
