Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed within the United Kingdom. At Soul of Arabia, we want to ensure that you understand our shipping procedures clearly. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.


Shipping Costs

Orders under £50 will incur a standard shipping charge of £4.99. Orders of £50 or more qualify for free standard delivery within the United Kingdom. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.


Handling and Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. GMT will be processed the next business day.


Delivery Times

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes between 2 and 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, peak holiday periods, and courier delays.


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. If you do not receive this email immediately, please allow some time, as tracking information is updated once the courier has processed your shipment.


Delays

Soul of Arabia Ltd. cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other couriers, or by circumstances outside our control, including weather disruptions, seasonal demand, or courier errors.


Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order, including the delivery address, please contact us immediately at support@soulofarabia.co.uk. Changes can only be made if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order is in transit, we cannot alter the shipping address or make amendments. Custom or pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for alternative designs once production has started.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.


Lost or Missing Deliveries

If tracking indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the courier directly to assist with locating your order. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the courier, please email us at support@soulofarabia.co.uk so that we can investigate further.
